We advise that Customer’s take time and do their due diligence in learning about the market and the production process needed to bring an idea to life. We will help and guide as much as we can, we can offer advice and direct you in the right direction.

No, cheap cashmere comes with unethical business practices such as child labor, exploitation, environmental degradation, and lying. We have exclusive rates because we have worked closely with our suppliers for decades, but cheap high-quality cashmere is an industry myth.
Contact us with information regarding the materials needed, design specification, time frame of delivery and we will get back to you with a rough estimate.
We use a prototype model to make a precise quotation for products. When a prototype is made it allows us to go through the entire manufacturing process once, and is a more accurate way to measure the real cost of production on our part. The prototype allows us to give an exact cost based on the materials used, labor and handling charges, time needed to make the design and other relevant factors.
- If the sample is in stock, we can send it out within 72 hours.
- Knitwear samples can take up to 10 business days, it’s important to note that often we work with you throughout the development process until the sample is perfect, hence this is only a rough estimate.
- Woven samples can take up to 14 business days.
- The timeframe for sample production is almost entirely dependent on the workflow at the factory (seasonally this may mean we are more busy), lead time on raw materials, and design complexity.
Yes, all we need are your specifications!

Every market has their own slightly different sizing chart. However, we will work with you and your sizing chart when creating your products. If you currently do not have one, we have size charts that we use as a template for different regions of the world that we can offer you.
Please check out our color chart page for more information. Always remember to contact us if you have any questions as this page is not exhaustive.
We can provide any color on the Pantone® Color Matching System. As long as this is the system you are using, we will be able to provide above a 92% color match.
If you are customizing a color, this may take a longer time to develop, but we always try our best to find a solution.
Yes! We believe fabric swatches are a much more environmentally friendly way to get a feel of the fabric and verify the match of the color than a whole garment sample.

This is a broad question that becomes very difficult to answer because there is so much variability in each order. We understand that you also have deadlines to meet, hence we will always strive to be honest and transparent about how long it will take to manufacture an order. We are a people-based factory, where we employ real people to hand make each of your products, this may mean longer production time than an all machine based factory.
We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, contact us with any questions you may have during any point in production. We are always here for you.
